PAULO HENRIQUE NOGUEIRA BISCOLA

Paulo Henrique Nogueira Biscola is Supervisor of the Center for Institutional Development of the Embrapa Beef Cattle since March 2011. Currently holds the position of Researcher. In this company he was Chief of Communication and Business during the years 2009 and 2010 and substitute of the Chief of Administration during the years 2011 and 2014. Holds a Masters in Business Administration from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo - Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-EAESP). He was member of the Head Comitee of the Ponta Porã Science Park, and now is Honorary Associate of this organization. He taught in undergraduate of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS) and the University for the Development of State and the Pantanal Region (UNIDERP), as well as specialization in Marketing Management from the University Centre of Campo Grande (UNAES). Works in the area of Administration with focus on Innovation Management, Competitive Intelligence and Beef Supply Chain.

Pesquisador da Embrapa Gado de Corte. Atua no Centro de Inteligência da Carne Bovina (CiCarne). Doutor em Administração na área de concentração de Gestão do Agronegócio e Organizações (UFMS). Mestre em Administração de Empresas (FGV-EAESP). Graduado em Administração (UFMS). Atua na área de inteligência de dados, competitividade e estratégias relacionadas à cadeia produtiva da carne bovina. Foi membro do Comitê Gestor do Portfólio de Carnes da Embrapa, da Comissão Técnica do Macroprograma 5 - Projetos em Desenvolvimento Institucional da Embrapa e coordenador do Grupo Gestor do Arranjo de Projetos INOVAPEC. Como gestor atuou na Embrapa Gado de Corte como Chefe-adjunto de Administração (2020-2022), Supervisor do Núcleo de Desenvolvimento Institucional (2011-2020) e Chefe-adjunto de Comunicação e Negócios (2009-2010).
