Ursula Rosa da Silva

Professora Titular da Universidade Federal de Pelotas, atuando nesta universidade desde 1995. Possui Licenciatura Plena em Filosofia pela Universidade de Caxias do Sul (1988), mestrado em Filosofia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1992), Doutorado em História pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2002) e Doutorado em Educação (UFPEL/2009). Atualmente é vice-reitora da UFPel, foi Diretora do Centro de Artes da UFPel, de 2013 a 2021. É professora do programa de Mestrado em Artes Visuais (UFPel), atuando na linha de Ensino da Arte e Educação Estética. Foi professora no Mestrado de Memória Social e Patrimônio Cultural (UFPEL), de 2007 a 2012, atuando na linha de Memória e Identidade. É líder do grupo de pesquisa: Caixa de Pandora: Estudos em Arte, gênero e Memória, junto ao CNPq. Desenvolve os projetos de pesquisa: A Caixa de Pandora- mulheres artistas e mulheres pensadoras no século XX, e Revisitando o ILA (1969-1989), Coordena o SIGAM: Simpósio Internacional sobre Gênero, Arte e Memória, que ocorre bienalmente em Pelotas (2008/2009/2011/2014/2016/2019). Coordenou o Projeto Arte na Escola (Pólo UFPEL) de 2010 a 2013. Tem experiência na área de Artes, com ênfase em Filosofia da arte e estética. She develops the research projects: The Box of Pandora - women artists and women thinkers in the century XX, and Memory and History: the art critic in the newspapers of Balls, from 1950 to 2000, projects that count on three grant holders of scientific initiation (CNPq and FAPERGS). it Coordinated in 2008 the I PROCEED: Symposium about Gender, Art and Memory, national event in Balls. He/she has experience in the area of Arts, with emphasis in Critic of the Art, Philosophy of the art and aesthetics, acting mainly in the following themes: art critic, art, history of the art, aesthetics and contemporary art. He/she has also been working in the theme of the interdisciplinaridade relating the philosophy teaching and art.
