Márcio Henrique Micheletti

Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the State University of Londrina (2000). Specialization in Clinic and Surgery of Small Animals from the Northern University of Paraná (2004). Master in Animal Sciences from the University of Brasilia (2016). Since 2007 he has worked as Federal Agricultural Auditor of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, acting in the Inspection of Animal Products. From 2013, he started to work in the International Agricultural Surveillance-VIGIAGRO, with emphasis on the international traffic of pets and the fight against irregular traffic of agricultural products. Was responsible for the implementation of the Pilot Project for the use of detection dogs for VIGIAGRO surveillance. In 2017 he returned to work in the area of Inspection of Animal Products.

Possui graduação em Medicina Veterinária pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (2000). Especialização em Clínica e Cirurgia de Pequenos Animais pela Universidade Norte do Paraná (2004). Mestrado em Ciências Animais pela Universidade de Brasília (2016). Desde 2007 trabalha como Auditor Fiscal Federal Agropecuário do Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento, atuando na área de Inspeção de Produtos de Origem Animal. A partir 2013 passou a atuar na Vigilância Agropecuária Internacional -VIGIAGRO, com ênfase no trânsito internacional de animais de companhia e no combate ao trânsito irregular de produtos agropecuários. Foi responsável pela implantação de Projeto Piloto do uso de cães de detecção para fiscalização do VIGIAGRO. Em 2017 voltou a atuar na área de Inspeção de Produtos de Origem animal.
