Ulisses de Araújo Gagliano

Graduated in Law from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2004) and a Masters in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes (2007). Holds a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia. He was an assistant professor at the School of Magistrates of the State of Rio de Janeiro and assistant professor at the University Candido Mendes. He is experienced in law practice, with an emphasis in Corporate and Commercial Law, Regulatory and Infrastructure Law, acting on the following topics: regulatory law in the domestic financial system, legal system of private financial institutions, antitrust law, Public-Private Partnerships.
