ANDERSON RICARDO FOGAÇA

Graduated in Law from the State University of Maringá (2002). He holds a Master's degree in Law from the International University Center (UNINTER). Dissertation title: Judicialization of Health: new answers to old problems. PhD student at the Federal University of Paraná. Judge of the TJPR since 2005. Trainer Judge accredited by ENFAM. He served as Auxiliary Judge of the 2nd Vice-Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná, administration 2019/2020, and Auxiliary Judge of the Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná, administration 2021/2022.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2002). É mestre em Direito pelo Centro Universitário Internacional (UNINTER). Título da dissertação: Judicialização da Saúde: novas repostas para velhos problemas.Doutorando em Direito do Estado pela Universidade Federal do Paraná. Juiz de Direito em 2º Grau do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná. Juiz Formador credenciado pela ENFAM. Exerceu a função de Juiz Auxiliar da 2ª Vice-Presidência do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, gestão 2019/2020, e de Juiz Auxiliar da Presidência do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, gestão 2021/2022.
