Silvia Terezinha Torreglossa

Master student in Communication Science at the Post-Graduation Program from the University of São Paulo (USP). Social Communication Specialization degree at the Unilago, in 1999. Graduated in Journalism at the State University of Londrina (UEL), in 1997. Experience in the Communication field, emphasizing the Broadcasting sector, working mainly with the following themes: Television, Soap Opera, TV drama, and Arts. Experience of thirteen years in the Journalism area. Member of the Soap Opera Study Center (CETVN), located at the Arts and Communication School (ECA), from the University of São Paulo (USP). That is the first reference center in Brazil destined exclusively for the documentation and the research of soap operas and TV serial fictions. Since its establishment, the center has been developing and giving the support for researches, promoting events, courses, seminars, consultancy, publishing, as well as developing projects and studies about the characteristics of the soap opera, its influences, and also about TV drama and the several languages involved in this process. Member of the research group ?Pedagogical Cybernetics: Digital Languages Laboratory?, certified by CNPq, a group where both students and professors develop research projects related to the virtual world and to the digital/social inclusion field, such as: ?Shortcut to Digital Inclusion?; ?Cyberspace Education?, ?Is the Virtual World For All??.

Mestrado em Ciências da Comunicação pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação da USP (2013). Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu em: Comunicação Social pela Unilago (2009); Business intelligence, big data e analytics - ciência de dados pela Universidade Anhanguera Uniderp (2020); Marketing digital e analytics pela Universidade Anhanguera Uniderp (2021). Graduação em Comunicação Social com habilitação em Jornalismo pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (1997). Tem experiência na área de Comunicação, com ênfase em Epistemologia da Comunicação, Teoria da Comunicação e Metodologia da Pesquisa em Comunicação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: televisão, telenovela, rádio e teledramaturgia. Atua como jornalista desde 1998. Foi membro: do Centro de Estudos de Telenovela (CETVN) da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) sediado na Escola de Comunicações e Artes (ECA) e do OBITEL - Observatório Ibero-Americano de Ficção Televisiva; do Grupo de Pesquisa - Cibernética Pedagógica: Laboratório de Linguagens Digitais - Certificado pelo CNPq; do Comitê Coordenador do proyecto interinstitucional: Articulación de Educomunicación y el desarollo integral, crítico y solidário de la niñez y adolescencia Latinoamericana e Caribeña - (CELAM-SIGNIS ALC-Instituto FMA). Lecionou no SEPAC, UNISA, e UNG em disciplinas dos cursos de Comunicação Social como Jornalismo e Publicidade e Propaganda. Desde 2018 é docente da Universidade Anhanguera nos cursos de Jornalismo, Publicidade e Propaganda, Produção Audiovisual. É docente do Curso de Especialização Comunicação, Teologia e Cultura do Sepac/ITESP.
