Professor de Direito Constitucional e Prática Jurídica. Membro do Conselho Editorial da Verbatim. Possui experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Público, tendo como principais linhas de pesquisa: efetividade do direito público e limitações da intervenção estatal; controle jurisdicional de políticas públicas e processo constitucional.
