Ricardo Lopes Cardoso

Atualmente, Ricardo é professor adjunto sênior em Contabilidade na FGV / EBAPE, onde coordena o programa M.Sc. e Ph.D. em Administração e também em coordena o Applied Research Center in Accounting & Analytics (ARC-A&A). Na FAF-UERJ é professor associado. Ricardo tem experiência como consultor de empresas e governos em questões contábeis. Presidente do Conselho Fiscal da ISA-CTEEP - Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista. Membro do Comitê de Auditoria da NAV Brasil Serviços de Navegação Aérea S/A. Membro suplente do Conselho Fiscal do WWF-Brasil. É consultor independente do Banco Mundial na preparação do Report on the Observance of Standards and Codes in Accounting and Auditing (ROSC-A&A) - 2012; e aprimoramento do Manual de Contabilidade Aplicado ao Setor Público (MCASP) - 2022. Em 2010, atuou como Academic Fellow - Education Initiative na International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation (IFRS Foundation) em Londres. Em 2011, atuou como membro do comitê de Risco e Qualidade da PWC-Brasil. Entre 2010 e 2013, assessorou o Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC), colaborando diretamente em vários grupos de trabalho, incluindo os seguintes tópicos: revisão técnica da tradução do IPSAS Handbook 2010, disseminação de CPC-PMEs, disseminação do Full-IFRSs, constituição do GLASS - Group of Latin-American Accounting Standards-Setters, IASB Agenda Consultation, edição da ITG-1000, certificação AICPA, desenvolvimento da pesquisa "Perfil dos Contadores Profissionais 2012/2013". Ele recebeu o prêmio "Contador do ano" de 2009 pela Mackenzie Rio. Co-autor dos livros ?Contabilidade Geral? e ?Contabilidade Gerencial? (Atlas-Gen), ?Contabilidade de Ativos Relevantes?, ?O Processo Orçamentário e a Vitalidade das Organizações Governamentais? e "Contabilidade de Investimentos em Participações Societárias" (FGV). Autor de vários artigos publicados em periódicos acadêmicos: AAAJ, JPBFAM, PMM, Research in Economics, Mathematics, PLOSOne, Frontiers in Psy., RAP, ASAA, BAR, BBR, entre outros. Interesse de pesquisa em Contabilidade Comportamental, Auditoria Governamental, Data Analytics e Auditoria Contínua.

Ricardo is currently a senior lecture in Accounting at FGV/EBAPE, where he coordinates the M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Administration program and the Applied Research Center in Accounting & Analytics (ARC-A&A). Alternate member of the Fiscal Council of WWF-Brasil. He is an independent consultant to the World Bank for the preparation of the Report on the Observance of Standards and Codes in Accounting and Auditing (ROSC-A&A) - 2012; and the enhancement of the public sector accounting handbook (MCASP) - 2022. In 2010 he served as Academic Fellow - Education Initiative of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation (IFRS Foundation) in London. In 2011 he served as a member of the Risk & Quality committee of PWC-Brasil. Between 2010 and 2013, he advised the Federal Accounting Council (CFC), collaborating directly in several working groups, including the following topics: technical revision of the IPSAS Handbook 2010 translation, dissemination of CPC SMEs, dissemination of IFRSs, constitution of the GLASS - Group of Latin-American Accounting Standards-Setters, IASB Agenda Consultation, ITG-1000 edition, AICPA certification, research development of the "Profile of Professional Accountants 2012/2013". He was awarded the 2009 "Accountant of the Year" Award from Mackenzie Rio. Co-author of the books ?Contabilidade Geral" and ?
