Shirley Steffany Muñoz Fernandez

Graduated in Nutrition and Dietetics from Universidad Del Atlântico (2010), Master's in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of São Paulo (2016), diploma in nutritional medical therapy in malnutrition and chronic pathologies from the FELANPE, ACNC, SENPE societies. PhD student in Public Health Nutrition at the University of São Paulo (2022). Member of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN). She has experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics, with an emphasis on clinical nutrition, working mainly on the following topics: nutritional assessment, hospital nutrition, diet therapy, nutritional support, malnutrition and geriatrics.
