Paulo Victor Paula Loureiro

I have a degree in Physics, a Specialist in Inclusive Special Education, a Master's degree in Physics Teaching and a PhD student in Education at the Graduate Program in Education - PPGE at the Federal University of Ceará - UFC. I am currently Special Advisor for Innovation at the Secretariat for Social Protection, Justice, Citizenship, Women and Human Rights (SPS). Among the attributions assigned to the coordination of robotics informatics projects and social complexes, more Childhood whose purpose is smaller as social inequalities through the formation of human capital in the areas of science and emerging technologies.

Sou Licenciado em Física, Especialista em Educação Especial Inclusiva, Mestre em Ensino de Física e estudante do Doutorado em Educação do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação - PPGE da Universidade Federal do Ceará - UFC. Atualmente sou Técnico da Coordenadoria de Direitos Humanos, Inclusão e Acessibilidade da Secretaria da Educação do Governo do Estado do Ceará.
