Francisco Vieira Garonce

Francisco Garonce holds a degree in Public Administration (Aviator Officer) from the Air Force Academy (1991) and in Social Communication/Journalism from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (1997). Specialist in Distance Learning from the University of Brasília (2000), he holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Brasília (2003) and a PhD in Education and Communication from the University of Brasília (2009). He holds a Postdoctoral Degree in E-LEARNING at the National Defense University-NDU / IADC in Washington-DC, USA (2011). He is currently a member of the Thematic Chamber of Education of the National Traffic Council - CONTRAN - mandate 2022/2024, Director of Education - ELOS Educação e Comunicação, Director of Institutional Relations - Galileo Information Center in Brazil, Vice President of the National Institute of Projects for Traffic and Safety - INPROTRAN, Associated with the National Observatory for Road and Vehicle Safety and journalist specializing in Brasil Truck Driver - RECORD TV, where he presents the segment "Safety is Here, with Garonce". He has experience in the areas of Education, Communication and Space, with an emphasis on GNSS Satellite Navigation Systems.

Francisco Garonce é graduado em Administração Pública (Oficial Aviador) pela Academia da Força Aérea (1991) e em Comunicação Social/Jornalismo pela Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (1997). Especialista em EAD pela Universidade de Brasília (2000), é mestre em Educação pela Universidade de Brasília (2003) e doutor em Educação e Comunicação pela Universidade de Brasília (2009). Possui Pós-Doutorado em E-LEARNING na National Defense University - NDU/IADC de Washington-DC, USA (2011). Atualmente é membro titular da Câmara Temática de Educação do Conselho Nacional de Trânsito - CONTRAN - mandato 2022/2024, Diretor de educação - ELOS Educação e Comunicação, Diretor de relações institucionais - Galileo Information Center in Brazil, Vice-presidente do Instituto Nacional de Projetos para Trânsito e Segurança - INPROTRAN, Associado ao Observatório Nacional de Segurança Viária e Veicular e jornalista especializado no Brasil Caminhoneiro - RECORD TV, onde apresenta o quadro "Segurança é Aqui, com Garonce". Tem experiência nas áreas de Educação, Comunicação e Espacial, com ênfase em Sistemas de Navegação por Satélites GNSS.
