Marcelo Braga de Carvalho

Em artes, assina Marcelo Braga. É professor, diretor, ator e dramaturgo formado pela Escola de Arte Dramática EAD/ECA/USP e pelo Curso de Interpretação e Formação de Atores e Cantores da FUNARTE, coordenado por Myrian Muniz. É doutor pela Escola de Comunicações e Artes da USP (2015) com tema DO SER AO ATOR: uma trajetória pedagógica inspirada em Myrian Muniz, na área de formação do artista teatral e é mestre pelo Instituto das Artes da UNESP/SP (2011) na área de Teatro, com o tema: Myrian Muniz: uma pedagoga do teatro - ambos trabalhos publicados pela Giostri Editora. Foi membro do CEPECA Centro de Pesquisa em Experimentação Cênica do Ator voltado para a criação cênica e a transmissão da prática atoral. Atuou como Coordenador dos cursos de Teatro e Dança da Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (2020) e, atualmente, é professor dos mesmos cursos na Universidade Anhembi Morumbi UAM e na Faculdade Paulista de Arte FPA (licenciado). Também lecionou teatro para o ensino técnico e médio. Atuou durante sete anos como coordenador de Equipe de Teatro do PROGRAMA VOCACIONAL da Secretaria de Cultura da Cidade de São Paulo. É membro fundador da Cia. Filhos do Dr. Alfredo da Cooperativa Paulista de Teatro. Escreveu o texto MONTANHA RUSSA, pelo qual foi indicado ao Prêmio Aplauso Brasil na categoria Melhor Dramaturgia de 2018. Tem larga experiência na docência superior, técnica e também para ensino médio.

Marcelo Braga is his signature in the arts. He is a teacher, director, actor and playwright graduated from the School of Dramatic Art - EAD / ECA / USP and the Course of Interpretation and Formation of Actors and Singers - FUNARTE, coordinated by Myrian Muniz. He holds a doctorate from the School of Communications and Arts at USP (2015) with the theme OF BEING AN ACTOR - a pedagogical trajectory inspired by Myrian Muniz, in the area of training for the theatrical artist and a master's degree from the Institute of Arts at UNESP / SP (2011) at Theatrical area, with the theme: Myrian Muniz - a theater pedagogue, both works published by Giostri Editora. He was a member of CEPECA - Research Center for Scenic Experimentation of the Actor focused on the scenic creation and transmission of the actor's practice. He is the Coordinator of the Theater and Dance courses and also as a professor at the Anhembi Morumbi University - UAM and at the Paulista Art College - FPA (graduate). He worked for seven years as the Theater Team coordinator of the VOCATIONAL PROGRAM of the Department of Culture of the City of São Paulo. He is a founding member of ?Sons of Dr. Alfredo Theatrical Company?. He wrote the play RUSSIAN MOUNTAIN, for which he was nominated for the Aplauso Brasil Award in the category Best Dramaturgy of 2018.
