Jornalista pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná - PUCPR, laureada com o prêmio Marcelino Champagnat. É mestre pela mesma instituição, no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direitos Humanos e Políticas Públicas - PPGDH, na linha de pesquisa "História, política e direitos humanos". Apresentou a dissertação "Proteção aos migrantes forçados: da fundamentação aos limites da efetivação dos direitos humanos", sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Cesar Candiotto. Atualmente é doutoranda em Educação na PUCPR, no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação - PPGE, na linha de pesquisa "Teoria e Prática Pedagógica na Formação de Professores", orientada pela Profa. Dra. Dilmeire Sant'Anna Ramos Vosgerau. Faz parte do grupo de estudos Criatividade e Inovação Docente no Ensino Superior - Cides, que é certificado pela PUCPR e credenciado junto ao CNPQ.
