Luciana Mendes Pereira Simão

Graduated in Speech Therapy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ (2000), Master in Linguistics from UFRJ (2008) and Ph.D. in Linguistics from UFRJ (2015). Worked at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) between 2010 and 2014 and at UFRJ between 2014 and 2018 in the area of ​​Occupational Health. She is currently an administrative technician - speech therapist at UFRJ, working at the Martagão Gesteira Institute of Childcare and Pediatrics (IPPMG) since 2018 and at the Lexus clinic, language, development and learning since 2008. She has experience in the area of ​​Speech Therapy, with an emphasis on Educational Speech Therapy, Language, Learning, acting on the following topics: dyslexia, learning, language, speech therapy and interdisciplinarity. Since 2019, at IPPMG, she has been a part of the NSP-IPPMG Patient Safety Center and the Student Story Telling Extension Project since 2021, mixing public management activities and activities with university students

Possui graduação em Fonoaudiologia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ (2000), mestrado em Linguística pela UFRJ (2008) e doutorado em Linguística pela UFRJ (2015). Atuou na Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) entre 2010 e 2014 e na UFRJ entre 2014 e 2018 na área de Saúde do Trabalhador. Atualmente é técnico administrativo - fonoaudiólogo da UFRJ atuando no Instituto de Puericultura e Pediatria Martagão Gesteira (IPPMG) desde 2018 e na clínica Lexus, linguagem, desenvolvimento e aprendizagem desde 2008. Tem experiência na área de Fonoaudiologia, com ênfase em Fonoaudiologia Educacional, Linguagem, Aprendizagem, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: dislexia, aprendizagem, linguagem, fonoaudiologia e interdisciplinaridade. No IPPMG integrou de 2019 a 2021 o Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente NSP-IPPMG e desde 2021 atua na como colaboradora na coordenação do Projeto de Extensão Alunos Contadores de Histórias.
