Sergio Mariano Licanic

Licenciatura em Matemática Pura pela Universidade de Buenos Aires (UBA) e doutorado em Matemática pela Associação Instituto Nacional de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA). Atualmente professor associado da Universidade Federal Fluminense. Interesse em Teoria das Folheações, atuando principalmente no estudo global de folheações holomorfas em variedades complexas.

Master's degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a PhD in Mathematics from the National Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics (IMPA). Currently, he is an associate professor at the Federal Fluminense University. He has experience in the field of Mathematics, with a focus on the Theory of Foliations, primarily working on the global study of holomorphic foliations in complex manifolds.
