3247/5000He has been a lawyer for nineteen years, working in the field of civil, administrative, child and adolescent and educational rights, with special attention to public management, in the field of social public policies promoted in the various governmental bodies, in the various forms of public-private partnerships and, also, in the third sector. In the same period, he was a civil servant at the Federal, State and Municipal levels, having most recently served as Special Advisor to the Municipal Health Secretariat of Cajamar, SP. Graduated in Law from the Padre Anchieta Law School (2001) Master in Education from the University of São Paulo (2007), and Doctorate from the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo (2014). He was a civil servant of the Ministry of Social Development and Fight against Hunger with the National Secretariat of Social Assistance - Department of Special Social Protection, having worked, among other areas of national management of the Unified Social Assistance System, in the analysis of Municipal and State Proposals to the Ministry of Social Development, through Parliamentary Amendments, and in the technical analysis of requests for the granting and renewal of the Social Assistance Charity Entity Certificate. During the period, he participated in interministerial commissions and various events involving other federal government ministries, especially the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Human Rights Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic.Among the many professional activities, he worked as a content consultant and teacher hired by the Foundation for the Development of Administration (FUNDAP), in person and in distance education, including as a video-lecturer, having idealized, customized and taught in several courses in that Institution aimed at improving the Public Administration in the State of São Paulo. He also held the position of technical-legal assistant in the Interior Teaching Coordination / São Paulo State Department of Education.At undergraduate level, he was a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta (2015) of the Faculty of Technology of Jundiaí (2001), and of the Law Course at the University of Mogi das Cruzes (2009), where he taught as a professor in several disciplines, among Civil Law General Theory of the State / Political Science, General Theory of Law, Administrative Law and Child and Adolescent Law. At the postgraduate level, he was a professor at the School of Commerce Alvarez Penteado (FECAP), at Anhanguera University, and at Metrocamp, institutions based in São Paulo, teaching disciplines in his field of practice. He has experience in the area of ​​Law in general, acting mainly on the following themes: Public Policies, Public Administration, Administrative Law, Child and Adolescent Law, Civil Law, Social Assistance, Right to Education, Infringement Act and Restorative Justice, Unschooled Family Education . He is currently a manager of the Brazilian Association for the Defense and Promotion of Family Education - ABDPEF, an entity created by the author and other interested parties with the purpose of promoting unschooled education, better known as home education.

É advogado há dezenove anos, atuando no campo dos direitos civil, administrativo, criança e adolescente e educacional, com especial atenção em gestão pública, no campo das políticas públicas sociais promovidas nas diversas instâncias governamentais, nas diversas formas de parcerias público-privadas e, também, no terceiro setor. No mesmo período, foi servidor público em nível Federal, Estadual e Municipal, tendo mais recentemente exercido o cargo de Assessor Especial da Secretaria Municipal da Saúde de Cajamar, SP. Possui graduação em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito Padre Anchieta (2001) Mestrado em Educação pela Universidade de São Paulo (2007), e Doutorado pela Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de São Paulo (2014). Foi servidor público do Ministério de Desenvolvimento Social e Combate à Fome lotado junto à Secretaria Nacional de Assistência Social - Departamento de Proteção Social Especial, tendo atuado, dentre outras áreas de gestão nacional do Sistema Único de Assistência Social, na análise de Propostas Municipais e estaduais ao Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social, por meio de Emendas Parlamentares, e na análise técnica de pedidos de concessão e renovação do Certificado de Entidade Beneficente de Assistência Social. No período, participou de comissões interministeriais e eventos diversos que envolviam outros ministérios do governo federal, especialmente o Ministério da Educação e Cultura e a Secretaria de Direitos Humanos da Presidência da República.Dentre as muitas atividades profissionais, atuou como consultor conteudista e docente contratado pela Fundação para o Desenvolvimento da Administração (FUNDAP), presencialmente e em EAD, inclusive como vídeo-conferencista, tendo idealizado, customizado e lecionado em diversos cursos naquela Instituição destinada ao aperfeiçoamento da Administração Pública no Estado de São Paulo. Também exerceu o cargo de Assistente técnico-jurídico na Coordenadoria de Ensino do Interior/Secretaria de Estado da Educação de São Paulo. Em nível de graduação, foi professor da Faculdade de Direito do Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta (2015) da Faculdade de Tecnologia de Jundiaí (2001), e do Curso de Direito da Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes (2009),nos quais lecionou como docente em diversas disciplinas, dentre Direito Civil Teoria Geral do Estado/Ciência Política, Teoria Geral do Direito, Direito Administrativo e Direito da Criança e do Adolescente. Em nível de pós-graduação, foi professor da Faculdade Escola de Comércio Alvarez Penteado (FECAP), da Universidade Anhanguera, e da Metrocamp, instituições sediadas em São Paulo, ministrando disciplinas próprias de sua área de atuação advocatícia. Tem experiência na área de Direito em geral, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Políticas Públicas, Administração Pública, Direito Administrativo, Direito da Criança e do Adolescente, Direito Civil, Assistência Social, Direito à Educação, Ato infracional e Justiça Restaurativa, Educação Familiar Desescolarizada. Atualmente,é gestor da Associação Brasileira de Defesa e Promoção da Educação Familiar - ABDPEF, entidade criada pelo autor e outros interessados com a finalidade de promover educação desescolarizada, mais conhecida como educação domiciliar.
