Mauro Marques Burjaili

Chemical engineer from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1981). MASTER in mechanical engineering at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1987). Ph.d. in food engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1996). Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia and Musical Composer. TEACHING ACTIVITIES: courses in transport phenomena, unit operations, food technology, chemical Materials and projects. RESEARCH ACTIVITIES: development of viscous materials dryers; Environmental management, environmental education, diagnosis, treatment and disposal of waste and tailings solids and wastewater and potable and elaboration of Environmental Policy; Graduation projects. EXTENSION ACTIVITIES: formal participation in organization and planning of political and institutional activities, within the framework of regional and municipal; Structuring and execution of projects of municipal government with the addition of several areas of knowledge (CNPq), primarily with the Federal University of Uberlândia, to: (i) diagnosis, prevention and solution of problems and (ii) innovation and process creation.
