Pesquisador pós-doutorado no Departamento de Direito da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) com o projeto "Direito e perspectivismo: Território, técnica e ecologia", sob a supervisão dos professores Bethânia de Albuquerque Assy, Florian Fabian Hoffmann e Eduardo Viveiros de Castro. Doutor em Direito pela PUC-Rio, com área de concentração em Teoria do Direito, Ética e Construção da Subjetividade, com período de pesquisa sanduíche junto à Birkbeck School of Law, University of London, pela apresentação da tese "Tecnomia e Demogramática: Direito e técnica no nomos das plataformas", sob a orientação da Prof. Bethânia de Albuquerque Assy. Mestre em Direito pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Faculdade Nacional de Direito (FND), Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) (2016), com área de concentração em Teorias Jurídicas Contemporâneas, na linha de pesquisa Direitos Humanos, Sociedade e Arte, mediante apresentação da dissertação "Direito, Violência e Manifestações: Instituição, Interpretação e Ruptura a partir de Jacques Derrida", sob orientação da Prof Juliana Neuenschwander Magalhães e coorientação da Prof Carla Rodrigues. Graduado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPel) (2011) mediante a apresentação do trabalho "A Tese da Única Resposta Correta em Dworkin", sob a orientação do Prof. Oscar José Echenique Magalhães. Estágio de docência na disciplina de Teoria do Direito I, na FND, sob a orientação do Prof. Alexandre Bernardino Costa e, na PUC-Rio, com a organização do Grupo de Estudos A Democracia que Vem. Bolsista FAPERJ durante o Mestrado e CAPES durante o doutorado, com bolsa CAPES-PDSE durante o período sanduíche.

PhD in Law from PUC-Rio in 2021, with concentration in Legal Theory, Ethics and the Construction of Subjectivity, and with a Doctoral Research Period at the Birkbeck School of Law, University of London, through the presentation of the Doctoral Dissertation "Technomics and Demogrammar: Law and technics in the nomos of platforms", under the supervision of Prof. Bethânia de Albuquerque Assy. Master in Law from the National Faculty of Law (FND), Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2016, with concentration in Contemporary Legal Theory, through presentation of the dissertation "Law, violence and manifestation: Insitution, interpretation and rupture in Jacques Derrida", under the supervision of Prof. Juliana Neuenschwander Magalhães and co-supervision of Prof. Carla Rodrigues. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel) in 2011 through the presentation of the monography "The One Right Answer Thesis in Dworkin", under the supervision of Prof. Oscar José Echenique Magalhães. Teaching internship in Legal Theory I, in the National Faculty of Law (FND), under the supervision of Prof. Alexandre Bernardino Costa, and at PUC-Rio through the organization of The Coming Democracy Research Group. Received a FAPERJ grant during Master's degree and a CAPES grant during PhD, with a CAPES-PDSE Foreign Research during Research Period at the University of London.
