Doutorando em Filosofia (UNISINOS) da Université du Quebec à Trois-Rivières - UQTR (Québec, Canadá), com área de concentração em ética ambiental. Mestre pela Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso em Direito Agroambiental. Graduado em Direito pela UFMT, tendo desenvolvido duas monitorias, uma em Direito do Trabalho e outra, em Direito Penal. Promotor de Justiça da Capital (Cuiabá/MT), integrou por vários anos o Grupo de Combate ao Crime Organizado ? Gaeco. Participou do curso de extensão da FESMP/MT - Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Estado de Mato Grosso- onde obteve a primeira colocação no exame de seleção. Foi membro do conselho curador da FESMP/MT e lecionou Filosofia na FESMP/MT. Especialista em Direito Público pela FESMP/MT. Participou de Extensão e Estágio no International Judicial Training Program in Judicial Administration ? the Dean Rusk Center ? International, Comparative and Graduate Legal Studies of the School of Law and the Institute of Continuing Judicial Education, Universidade da Geórgia, Athens, Geórgia, Estados Unidos. É autor de diversos artigos, teses em periódicos, revistas jurídicas e congressos. Recebeu prêmio pelo MP/MT de ?Melhor Arrazoado Forense? (2º lugar) na temática ?Estupro: anatomia de uma violação?. Foi membro do conselho do projeto ?Justiça Comunitária?, atuando como orientador dos agentes do programa social. Foi Promotor de Justiça Auxiliar da Corregedoria Geral do MP/MT, no biênio 2006/2007. Músico violinista e membro fundador da SMBB (Sociedade Musical Bachiana Brasileira ? fundador Maestro Ricardo Wilson Rocha).

He is the author of several articles, theses in periodicals, legal journals and congresses. He received an award from the MP/MT for ?Best Forensic Reasoning? (2nd place) in the theme ?Rape: anatomy of a rape?. He was a member of the board of the ?Community Justice? project, acting as a guide for the agents of the social program. He was Auxiliary Prosecutor of the Corregedoria Geral do MP / MT, in the biennium 2006/2007. Violinist musician and founding member of SMBB (Sociedade Musical Bachiana Brasileira ? founder Maestro Ricardo Wilson Rocha).
