Luciane Engel

Psicóloga graduada pela Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul (2001), Mestra em Psicologia Social e Institucional pela UFRGS (2016), Especialista em Psicologia Jurídica pelo CFP (2018), Pós Graduada em Gestão Penitenciária pela UFRGS (2005) e Licenciada em Psicologia pela UFRGS (2017). Desde 2002, servidora pública na Superintendência dos Serviços Penitenciários, desenvolvendo atividades voltadas ao acolhimento, assistência e cuidado com a saúde da população encarcerada, com interface na rede pública, Poder Judiciário e Ministério Público. Docente em cursos promovidos por órgãos da Secretaria de Segurança do Estado e pela Fundação de Desenvolvimento e Recursos Humanos (FDRH), com abordagem na Saúde do Trabalhador, Ética, Relações Humanas e Atuação do Psicólogo no Sistema Prisional. Realizou assessoria psicológica à equipe gestora na Prefeitura de Gramado/RS. Foi Conselheira do Conselho Regional de Psicologia do Rio Grande do Sul, na gestão 2013-2016, atuando junto à Comissão de Ética, Comissão Editorial, Comissão de Licitação, Comissão de Descentralização e Núcleo de Trabalho do Sistema Prisional. Foi presidente da Associação dos Técnicos Superiores Penitenciários do RS (APROPENS) no período de 2016 a 2019. Atualmente, trabalha na atenção integral à saúde da mulher presa no Instituto Penal Feminino de Porto Alegre (IPFPOA).

Psychologist graduated from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (2001), Master in Social and institutional psychology by Ufrgs (2016), specialist in legal psychology by the CFP (2018), Post graduated in penitentiary management by Ufrgs (2005) and licensed in Psychology by UFRGS (2017). Since 2002, public servant in the superintendent of the penitentiary services, developing activities focused on the reception, care and health care of the incarcerated population, with interface in the public network, judiciary and public prosecutor . Professor in courses promoted by organs of the Secretariat of State Security and the foundation of Development and Human Resources (FDRH), with an approach to the health of the worker, ethics, human relations and the performance of the psychologist in the prison system. He held psychological counseling to the management team at Gramado/RS Prefecture. He was a counsellor of the Regional Council of Psychology of Rio Grande do Sul, in management 2013-2016, acting with the ethics committee, Editorial committee, bidding Commission, decentralization Committee and the prison system. She was President of the Association of the Senior Penitentiary technicians of the RS (APROPENS). Now work in the healthy care the woman in the IPFPOA.
