Vítor Boaventura Xavier

Master of Science (MSc) in Regulation graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2017-2018). Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the School of Law of the University of Brasilia (2017). Vitor has professional experience in the areas of Insurance Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law. Research with emphasis on Regulatory Law and Insurance Law. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Insurance Law (IBDS), and of the Study Group on Constitutions, Company and Market at the University of Brasilia Law School Centre on Law and Regulation.

Mestre em Regulação pela London School of Economics and Political Science (2017-2018). Graduado em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Brasília (2017). Tem experiência profissional nas áreas de Direito Securitário, Direito Administrativo e Direito Penal. Pesquisa com ênfase em Direito Regulatório e Direito dos Seguros. Membro do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito do Seguro (IBDS), e do Grupo de Estudos em Constituição, Empresa e Mercado da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Brasília (GECEM/UnB), vinculado ao Núcleo de Direito Setorial e Regulatório da mesma Universidade.
