Ricardo Aurélio Pinto Nascimento

He holds a PhD in Animal Science from UnB - Universidade de Brasília (2017) and a Master's degree in Veterinary Preventive Medicine from UFMG - Federal University of Minas Gerais (2002). Graduation in Veterinary Medicine by UFV - Federal University of Viçosa (1991).Currently working in the FEDERAL AGRICULTURAL DEFENSE LABORATORY - LFDA MG (LANAGRO MG).Federal Agricultural Tax Auditor of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply. With experience in the implementation of Federal Public Management Systems, Quality Management and Biosafety Management, participating in and coordinating the implementation of ISO 17025, ISO 9001 and Biosafety Management (CWA 15793).Also acting in the area of ​​Preventive Veterinary Medicine, with emphasis on Infectious Diseases of Animals, on the following topics: Clostridiosis (botulism, enterotoxemia, necrotizing hepatitis) and Foot-and-Mouth Disease.

Possui Doutorado em Ciência Animal pela UnB - Universidade de Brasília (2017) e Mestrado em Medicina Veterinária Preventiva pela UFMG - Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2002). Graduação em Medicina Veterinária pela UFV - Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1991).Atualmente exercendo atividades no LABORATÓRIO FEDERAL DE DEFESA AGROPECUÁRIA - LFDA MG (LANAGRO MG), na Unidade de Biossegurança Nível 4 OIE. No LFDA atuou como Coordenador do Laboratório de set/2003 a maio/2019.Auditor Fiscal Federal Agropecuário do Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento. Com experiência em implantação de Sistemas de Gestão Pública Federal, Gestão da Qualidade e Gestão de Biossegurança, participando e Coordenando a implantação da Norma ABNT ISO 17025, ABNT ISO 9001 e Gestão de Biossegurança (CWA 15793).Atuando, também, na área de Medicina Veterinária Preventiva, com ênfase em Doenças Infecciosas de Animais, nos temas: clostridioses (botulismo, enterotoxemia, hepatite necrosante) e Febre Aftosa.
