Currently working as Adjunct Professor (UFPE), Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Sciences at UFPE and professor of the Postgraduate Program in Hotel and Tourism - PPHTUR/UFPE (master's degree) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). I have a PhD (2012- CAPES scholarship), a master's degree (2006- scholarship) and a graduation degree (2002) in Administration (UFPE). I was a permanent professor for the academic master's degree in in Environment, Society and Technology at UFERSA, and served as deputy head of the Digital Media Department at UFPB (in 2018), in addition to participating in the implementation of the course in the vice-coordination of the academic master's degree of the Postgraduate Program in Cognition, Technologies and Institutions (PPGCTI - rating 4) from the Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido (2016-2017) and was a permanent professor from 2016 to 2019, besides coordinating the specialization in Strategic Service Management (2015-2016) in which I was the course founder, as well as coordinating the graduation in Administration (UFERSA), between 2012 and 2014 (when I led the change and update of the course's pedagogical project). I gained professional experience working in a French multinational (Accor Hotels) and in different educational institutions (UFPB, UFERSA, UERN, Mater Christi Faculty, FBV, ESUDA, FUNESA and Senac-Recife). I am also a member of the CNPq Research Groups and research mainly the following topics: international entrepreneurship, strategic administration, tourism and hotel management. I have academic papers published in events and scientific journals, in addition to working as an evaluator of books and scientific articles (academic events and journals).

Tenho doutorado (2012- bolsista CAPES), mestrado (2006- bolsista) e graduação (2002) em Administração (UFPE). Estive como professora permanente do mestrado acadêmico em Ambiente, Sociedade e Tecnologia da UFERSA, atuei como vice-chefe do Departamento de Mídias Digitais da UFPB (em 2018), participei da implementação do curso na vice-coordenação do mestrado acadêmico do Programa de Pós-graduação em Cognição, Tecnologias e Instituições (PPGCTI - nota 4) da Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido (2016-2017) e fui professora permanente de 2016 a 2019, coordenei a especialização em Gestão Estratégica de Serviços (2015-2016) a qual estive como fundadora do curso, assim como coordenei a graduação em Administração (UFERSA), entre 2012 e 2014 (quando liderei a mudança e atualização do projeto pedagógico do curso). Obtevive experiência profissional ao trabalhar numa multinacional francesa (Accor Hotels) e em diferentes instituições de ensino (UFPB, UFERSA, UERN, Faculdade Mater Christi, FBV, ESUDA, FUNESA e Senac-Recife). Sou membro de Grupos de Pesquisa do CNPq. Investigo principalmente os seguintes temas: empreendedorismo internacional, administração estratégica, turismo e hotelaria. Possuo trabalhos acadêmicos publicados em eventos e periódicos científicos. Estou como avaliadorada de livros e artigos científicos (eventos e periódicos acadêmicos).
