Simone Rocha da Conceição

Doctoral student in Education, in the Art, Language and Curriculum research line (PPGEdu/UFRGS), under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Analice Dutra Pillar; master's degree in Education (PPGEdu/UFRGS, 2018); specialization in Distance Education (UCDB, 2016); bachelor's degree and degree in Visual Arts (IA/UFRGS, 2007 and 2014). Since 2011, she has been part of the Creative Trajectories Program team (a partnership with the RS Department of Education and the MEC, to assist young people aged 15 to 17 who are still held back in Elementary School). She works in the Education and Art Research Group (GEARTE / PPGEdu / UFRGS). She was part of the management team of the Associação Riograndense de Artes Plásticas Francisco Lisboa (2020-2023). She has experience in the area of Visual Arts and Education, working mainly with research, elementary education, school permanence and dropout, educational action, continuing teacher training, reading and apprehension, glitch phenomenon, discursive semiotics and sociosemiotics.

Doutoranda em Educação, na linha de pesquisa Arte, Linguagem e Currículo (PPGEdu/UFRGS), sob orientação da Profa. Dra. Analice Dutra Pillar; mestrado em Educação (PPGEdu/UFRGS, 2018); especialização em Educação a Distância (UCDB, 2016); bacharelado e licenciatura em Artes Visuais (IA/UFRGS, 2007 e 2014). Desde 2011, integra a equipe do Programa Trajetórias Criativas (uma parceria com a Secretaria de Educação do RS e o MEC, para o atendimento a jovens de 15 a 17 anos ainda retidos no Ensino Fundamental). Atua no Grupo de Pesquisa em Educação e Arte (GEARTE/PPGEdu/UFRGS). Integrou a equipe diretiva da Associação Riograndense de Artes Plásticas Francisco Lisboa (2020-2023). Tem experiência na área de Arte Visuais e Educação, atuando principalmente com pesquisas, ensino fundamental, permanência e evasão escolar, ação educativa, formação continuada de professores, leitura e apreensão audiovisual, fenômeno glicth, semiótica discursiva e sociossemiótica.
