Completed M.Sc. (2011) in Physics with specialization Condensed Matter Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. I have obtained PhD degree (2014) in Applied Physics and Engineering from the FEMTO-ST, Université de Franche-Comté (UFC),
Besançon, France. My PhD research goals were directed to investigate the physical origin of 1/f noise in BAW ultra-stable
quartz crystal resonators I have research experience in the area of growth, characterization and optical properties of complex inorganic salt, thin-film semiconductors and thin-film photovoltaic solar cells. In addition to that, I also have experience in the area atomic and molecular physics, especially in the area of electron collisions with the molecules of primary alcohols. My current research is involved with the growth and characterization of solar-cell materials and inorganic materials.
