Doutorando em Antropologia na UFPB; pesquisador e servidor no Laboratório de Antropologia Visual da Universidade Federal da Paraíba - Arandu;Fotógrafo e realizador de audiovisuais; Professor de fotografia na Faculdade Reinaldo Ramos; foi professor do curso de Especialização de Gestão e Produção Cultural da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande; lecionei na Faculdade Reinaldo Ramos as disciplinas de Técnicas de animação, de Semiótica e de Programação Visual e Ilustração. Formação no curso de Arte e Mídia (UFCG) e no mestrado em Antropologia (UFPE), com uma pesquisa em Cinema, Documentário e Antropologia Visual; integrante do Núcleo de Estudos em Desenvolvimento Regional da UFCG; organizador e curador do Festival do Filme Etnográfico do Recife; também curador e organizador da Mostra de Cinema e de Artes Visuais no Encontro da Nova Consciência; foi fotógrafo do Inventário do Cavalo Marinho, pelo IPHAN, FUNDARPE e Governo Federal; ministrei Oficinas de capacitação em fotografia e vídeo para Projeto do Minc / Governo Federal; participante do Núcleo de Antropologia Visual de Alagoas (AVAL) e do Projeto Memória da UFCG e do Núcleo de Estudos sobre Etnicidade (NEPE). Tenho experiências na área de Antropologia e filme-documentário e atuo principalmente nos seguintes temas: Novas mídias, Arte Visual, Antropologia Visual, Publicidade e Propaganda, Imagem Fílmica e Fotográfica, Cinema, Etnicidade, Patrimônio e Arte e Mídia.
