Licenciado em Educação Artística com habilitação em Dança pela Faculdade Angel Vianna - pesquisas sobre artes surdas, corporeidades e sistemas de registro do gesto (2011). Técnico em Publicidade e Propaganda pelo Liceu de Arte e Ofícios do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (2006). Certificado de Proficiência em Língua Brasileira de Sinais (PROLIBRAS), nas modalidades: Tradução e Interpretação (2006) e Instrução de Libras (2008). Tradutor/Intérprete de Libras, servidor do Instituto Nacional de Educação de Surdos - INES (2013 - 2022) - atuando no Ensino Superior, na Educação Básica e na coordenação de projetos de pesquisa e extensão dessa instituição. Atualmente Tradutor/Intérprete de Libras da UFSC, na função de coordenação geral da CTILS/CCE. Supervisor de traduções do Enem em Libras (desde 2017) como membro da comissão de assessoramento técnico-pedagógico em Libras da DAEB/INEP. Hoje desenvolve pesquisas nas áreas de Estudos Surdos aplicados aos campos: Epistemologias Surdas, Movimentos Sociais Surdos, Estudos da Tradução de LS, Arte e Cultura Surda e Educação Escolar Bilíngue de Surdos.

Employee of the National Institute of Education for the Deaf - INES (2013 - 2022) - where he continues to work on the Bilingual Publishing Committee of INES, promoting the periodicals "Espaço" (ISSN: 0103-7668), "Fórum" (ISSN: 1518- 2509), "Arqueiro" (ISSN: 1518-2495) and other institutional publications (since 2015). Currently, Libras Translator/Interpreter at UFSC, in the role of general coordination of CTILS/CCE. Enem translation supervisor in Libras (2017 - current) as a member of the DAEB/INEP technical-pedagogical advisory committee in Libras. Currently develops research in the areas of Deaf Studies applied to the fields: Deaf Epistemologies, Deaf Social Movements, SL Translation Studies, Deaf Art and Culture and Bilingual School Education for the Deaf.
