Paulo Roberto de Lima Lopes

Doctor in Sciences, by the Graduate Program in Health Management and Informatics at the Federal University of São Paulo - Unifesp (2013); Master of Science in Nuclear Power Reactors and Nuclear Fuel Technology (1995). Electronic Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering - FEI (1988). More than 20 years of academic and professional experience in Information and Communication Technology in Health. He is currently a Specialist in Digital Health at the National Research and Education Network (RNP). And it acts in the innovation for the Health Community, and the coordination of the University Telemedicine Network - RUTE. He leads RNP's initiative of the Technical Committee for Technological-Scientific ?Foresight? in Digital Health. He also participates in several committees and working groups on ICT in Health and is a specialist in GT2 - Interoperability of Systems and Devices of the Special Commission for Studies in Informatics in Health of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards, he was leader of the Force National Task of the ISO13131 Standard on Quality of Telehealth Services). He has also acted as a specialist in the ICT Health Survey at CETIC.br/CGI.br. He is professor of disciplines and advisor of TCC in the Specialization Course in Health Informatics at Unifesp and Open University of Brazil-UAB, and member of the Health 360 Research Group, at Unifesp. Member of the List of Experts in Digital Health, able to contribute to the strategies and actions of the World Health Organization - WHO, as established in the General Program of Work (GPW13) and Sustainable Development Goal 3: ensure a healthy life and promote well-being -seating for all ages. He was Secretary General of the Brazilian Association of Telemedicine and Telehealth-ABTms, in the 2020-2022 term. He is currently secretary of the Brazilian Society of Health Informatics-SBIS, in the 2022-2024 term. And he is an Alternate Counselor of the Scientific and Technological Community of the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil (CGI.br) 2020-2022.

Doutor em Ciências, pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Gestão e Informática em Saúde da Universidade Federal de São Paulo - Unifesp (2013); Mestre em Ciências em Reatores Nucleares de Potência e Tecnologia do Combustível Nuclear (1995). Engenheiro Eletrônico formado pela Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial - FEI (1988). Experiência acadêmica e profissional, de mais de 20 anos, em Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação em Saúde. Atualmente, está como Especialista da Diretoria de Relacionamento Institucional, com foco em Saúde da Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa - RNP. E atua na coordenação e inovação de Redes de Colaboração de Comunidades em Saúde, entre elas a Rede Universitária de Telemedicina - RUTE. Lidera a iniciativa da RNP do Comitê Técnico de ?Prospecção? Tecnológica-Científica em Saúde Digital. Participa também em diversos comitês e grupos de trabalho em TIC em Saúde e é especialista do GT2 - Interoperabilidade de Sistemas e Dispositivos da Comissão Especial de Estudos em Informática em Saúde da Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnica - CEE-78/ABNT, foi líder da Força Tarefa nacional da norma ISO13131 sobre Qualidade de Serviços de Telessaúde). Também tem atuado como especialista da Pesquisa TIC Saúde no CETIC.br/CGI.br. É professor de disciplinas e orientador de TCC no Curso de Especialização em Informática em Saúde da Unifesp e Universidade Aberta do Brasil - UAB, e membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Saúde 360, na Unifesp. Membro da Lista de Peritos em Saúde Digital, capaz de contribuir para as estratégias e ações da Organização Mundial da Saúde - OMS, conforme estabelecido no Programa Geral de Trabalho (GPW13) e Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 3: garantir uma vida saudável e promover o bem-estar para todas as idades. Esteve como Secretário Geral da Associação Brasileira de Telemedicina e Telessaúde - ABTms, na gestão 2020-2022. Atualmente, está como secretário da Sociedade Brasileira de Informática em Saúde - SBIS, na gestão 2022-2024. E está como Conselheiro Suplente da Comunidade Científica e Tecnológica do Comitê Gestor da Internet no Brasil (CGI.br) 2020-2022.
