He holds a Masters in Public Law [2009] from the Faculty of Law [Fadir] of the Federal University of Uberlândia [UFU], having received a CAPES scholarship. Graduated [2,000] and post-graduate academic-professional "latu sensu" / specialization [2,003] in Law from the Faculty of Law [Fadir] of the Federal University of Uberlândia-MG [U.F.U.] and graduated [2008] in International Relations from Faculty of History, Law and Social Work [F.H.D.S.S.] of the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" [Unesp], campus Franca-SP. He has a scientific interest in: I) Legal Sciences: Human Rights, Anti-Discrimination Law and Ethnic-Racial Relations; Cultural Rights; Public International Law, Development Law and Civil Law: Real Rights & Urbanity. II) Political Science & International Relations: Theories of International Relations, Globalization; Citizenship and Democracy; AfroLatinAmerican Cosmopolitics. Researcher in the Political Studies and Democracy Group, at UFAC (Federal University of Acre), in the line of research: State & Public Policies. Researcher at the Nucleus of Studies and Research in Education for ethnic-racial relations and affirmative actions at UFU/Ituiutaba; line of research "Affirmative Actions and Public Policies". Researcher at the Africa-Brazil Research Group: Knowledge Production, Civil Society, Development and Global Citizenship, at the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusofonia - UNILAB; in the following lines of research: a) "Right to the city and Afro-citizenship" and b) "Multiculturalism, Cooperation, Development and Globalization in Africa". Researcher (2022-2023) in the Research Group of the José Bonifácio Chair (CJB) is a research support program instituted by the University of São Paulo (Centro Ibero-Americano/CIBA, of the Institute of International Relations) with the purpose of collecting, produce and disseminate knowledge about Ibero-America; with the aim of promoting reflection on topics related to the Ibero-American space in its current situation.

Pesquisador (2022-2023) no Grupo de Pesquisa da Cátedra José Bonifácio (CJB) é um programa de apoio à pesquisa instituído pela Universidade de São Paulo (Centro Ibero -Americano/CIBA, do Instituto de Relações Internacionais) com a finalidade de recolher, produzir e disseminar conhecimento sobre a Ibero-América; tendo por objetivo promover a reflexão sobre temas relacionados ao espaço ibero-americano em sua atualidade.
