Caio Mario da Silva Pereira Neto

Caio Mario da Silva Pereira Neto é Professor da FGV Direito SP. Possui Bacharelado em Direito pela Universidade de São Paulo (L.L.B.), assim como Mestrado (LL.M.) e Doutorado (J.S.D.) pela Yale Law School (USA). Foi fellow do ISP - Information Society Project (Yale) e participante no Summer Doctoral Program na Oxford Internet Institute. Atuou como professor visitante na Universidade da Flórida (Gainsville, FL ? EUA) e pesquisador visitante na King?s College London (KCL). No serviço público, Prof. Pereira Neto exerceu o cargo de Diretor do Departamento de Proteção e Defesa Econômica da Secretaria de Direito Econômico (SDE) do Ministério da Justiça (1999-2000). Na prática privada, Prof. Pereira Neto é sócio fundador e responsável pelas áreas de direito público, regulação e antitruste no Pereira Neto | Macedo Advogados (PNM). Também ocupa o cargo de Presidente do Conselho Deliberativo do Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos de Concorrência, Consumo e Comércio Internacional - IBRAC.

Caio Mário da Silva Pereira Neto is a Professor at FGV Direito SP. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo (L.L.B.), as well as a Masters (LL.M.) and a Doctorate (J.S.D.) from the Yale Law School (USA). He was a fellow at the ISP - Information Society Project (Yale) and a participant in the Summer Doctoral Program at the Oxford Internet Institute. He served as visiting professor at the University of Florida (Gainsville, FL - USA) and visiting researcher at King's College London (KCL). In public service, Prof. Pereira Neto held the position of Director of the Department of Economic Protection and Defense of the Secretariat of Economic Law (SDE) of the Ministry of Justice (1999-2000). In private practice, Prof. Pereira Neto is founding partner and responsible for the areas of public law, regulation and antitrust at Pereira Neto | Macedo Advogados (PNM). He is also in charge of the President of the Deliberative Council of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies - IBRAC.
