Claudio Andres Barria Mancilla

Doutor e mestre em Educação pelo PPGEDU/UFF. docente e pesquisador na FFP/UERJ (2007-2012), na EPSJV/Fiocruz (2012-2013) e no CLA/UNIRIO (2018-2019) entre outras. Aprovado como Professor visitante do PPGMUS/UNIRIO em 2019. Foi coordenador geral do Instituto de Arte Tear (2013 a jan. 2018). Idealizador e diretor das Revistas Astrolábio (2015-2018) e Entrenós (2019-), plataformas de mídia eletrônica colaborativa. Compôs instâncias colegiadas participativas como o Conselho Nacional de Política Cultural - CNPC e a Comissão do Fundo Nacional de Cultura entre outras. Tem larga experiência em Educação popular, novas mídias para educação e comunicação; articulação de redes para incidência política, bem como em 3º setor, elaboração de projetos, gestão e planejamento participativo. No campo da pesquisa desenvolve hoje pesquisa em torno do conceito de educonexão, ligada aos estudos sobre cotidiano da educação popular, com ênfase em Estudos Culturais Latino Americanos, memória, arte e pensamento descolonial.

PhD by the PGE program / UFF, with the thesis "For the poetics of a South pedagogy, dialogues and reflections around a philosophy of de-colonial education from the popular culture of Our America" (2014) and Master by the same program with the thesis "the trampoline of subaltern Reason, social circus and the social thought of Our America" (2007). Degree in Arts Education UNIRIO. Member of the general coordination of the Institute of Art TEAR - Responsible for TEAR Pontão for Culture and Education. Professor at the FFP/ State University of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ (2007-2012), teaching several disciplines like sociology of education; Supervised Training, Education art and playfulness; Popular Education and Youth and Adult Education. It was between 2005 and 2012 representative at the National Council for Cultural Policy, CNPC, and member of the 'Circus, Dance and Theatre Technical Committee of Cultural Incentive' (2010- 2012) on the National Culture Fund. Researcher project at the International Cooperation Coordination of EPSJV / Fiocruz (2012-2013). He has extensive experience in popular education and art / education as cultural mediation; in networks for advocacy and in participatory planning methodologies; in the academic field develops studies on everyday of popular education, with an emphasis on Latin American Cultural Studies and the de-colonial thinking.
