Researcher in the areas of Constitutional Law, Public International Law and Digital Law. Former researcher at Princeton University's Health Grand Challenges Initiative (2009/10), of the Ford Foundation (USA) and the Research Support Foundation of Rio Grande do Sul (FAPERGS). Former participant as an effective member of the Research Ethics Committee of the Methodist Institute of Porto Alegre (2015-2017). Former coordinator of the Study Group on Constitutional Law of the Superior School of Law between 2016 and 2019 (ESA-RS). Lawyer in Porto Alegre and Florianópolis. Translator of books and articles from German law into Portuguese, especially the work "General Theory of Digital Law", by the former judge of the Constitutional Court of Germany, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hoffmann-Riem, and the work "Legal Philosophy Post 1945 - On the History of Legal Thought in the Federal Republic of Germany", by Prof. Dr. h.c. Particpou como membro efetivo do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa do Instituto Metodista de Porto Alegre (2015-2017). Foi coordenador do Grupo de Estudos em Direito Constitucional da Escola Superior de Advocacia entre 2016 e 2019 (ESA-RS). Advogado em Porto Alegre e em Florianópolis. Tradutor de livros e artigos do direito alemão para a língua portuguesa, destacando-se, em especial, a obra "Teoria Geral do Direito Digital", do ex-juiz da Corte Constitucional da Alemanha, prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hoffmann-Riem, e a obra "Filosofia Jurídica Pós 1945 - Sobre a História do Pensamento Jurídico na República Federal da Alemanha", do prof. Dr. h.c. Hasso Hofmann (Universidade de Berlim).
