Doutor em Ciências Sociais pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Sociais da Universidade Estadual de Campinas - UNICAMP. Mestre em Relações Étnico-Raciais pelo Programa de Relações Étnico-Raciais do Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca - CEFET-RJ (2017). Especialista em Estudos Étnicos e Raciais: Identidades e Representações pelo Instituto Federal da Bahia - IFBA (2015). Graduado em Licenciatura em História pelo Centro Universitário Jorge Amado - UNIJORGE (2010). Graduado em Licenciatura em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul - UniCSul (2019). Foi Docente Substituto do Ensino Básico, Técnico e Tecnológico do Instituto Federal de Brasília - IFB. Foi professor do Curso de Pós-Graduação em Cultura Afro-Brasileira e Indígena do Instituto de Pesquisa e Educação e Tecnologia da Universidade Católica de Petropólis. Foi pesquisador do Núcleo de Estudos Afro Brasileiro (NEAB) do CEFET/RJ. Foi Docente Substituto do Ensino Básico, Técnico e Tecnológico de Sociologia do Instituto Federal de Goiás, Câmpus Cidade de Goiás (IFG-Cidade de Goiás). Atualmente é pós-doutorando do Programa de Relações Étnico-Raciais do CEFET/RJ. Integrante do Núcleo de Antropologia Simétrica (NAnSi) do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Antropologia Social do Museu Nacional (PPGAS/MN). Integrante do Laboratório de Estudos Socioantropológicos sobre Tecnologia da Vida da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Labirinto/Unicamp). Os interesses de pesquisa têm se concentrado nas questões relativas aos estudos sobre: Antropologia das Religiões de Matriz Africana, Teoria Antropológica e Relações Étnico-raciais.

He was Substitute Teacher of Basic, Technical and Technological Education of Sociology at the Federal Institute of Goiás, Campus Cidade de Goiás (IFG-Cidade de Goiás). He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Ethnic-Racial Relations Program at CEFET / RJ. Member of the Nucleus of Symmetric Anthropology (NAnSi) of the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology of the National Museum (PPGAS/MN). Member of the Laboratory of Socio-anthropological Studies on Life Technology at the State University of Campinas (Labirinto/Unicamp). Research interests have focused on issues related to studies on: Anthropology of African Matrix Religions, Anthropological Theory and Ethnic-Racial Relations.
