Sérgio Pádua is a Professor of Public Law (Constitutional, Administrative and Electoral), Legal Theory, and Legal Hermeneutics. He is a researcher in the field of Law, Artificial Intelligence and Technology. He holds a Doctorate (2023) and a Master's degree (2012) in Fundamental Rights and Democracy from UniBrasil - Centro Universitário Autônomo do Brasil (Curitiba), a Specialist degree in Critical Theory of Human Rights from Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Seville, Spain, 2011), a Specialist degree in Law and Public Administration from IBE (Ponta Grossa, 2007) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa (2006). He was a practicing lawyer in the areas of Public Law (Administrative, Tax and Constitutional). Currently, he is a Judicial Analyst at the Paraná State Court of Justice (TJPR), working as a judge's (Judges and Appellate Judge) advisor, especially in matters related to Public Law and civil matters. He is the President of the Association of Superior Level Judicial Assistants of Paraná (ANJUD). He is a member of the College of Professors of ABDConst (Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law). He is also a member of the Ibero-American Association of Law and Artificial Intelligence (AID-IA) and the Research Center for Constitutional Law - Jurisdiction and Democracy of the PPGD of UniBrasil/PR. He was a CAPES scholarship holder in the Doctorate Program in Law at UniBrasil, having worked as an editorial board assistant for the Fundamental Rights Democracy Journal (Qualis A1) and the Coordination of the PPGD.

É pesquisador na área de Direito, Inteligência Artificial e Tecnologia. É Doutor (2023) e Mestre (2012) em Direitos Fundamentais e Democracia pelo UniBrasil - Centro Universitário Autônomo do Brasil (Curitiba), Especialista em Teoria Crítica dos Direitos Humanos pela Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Sevilla/Espanha, 2011), Especialista em Direito e Administração Pública pelo IBE (Ponta Grossa, 2007) e é Bacharel em Direito pela Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa (2006). Coordenador da Pós-graduação em Direito Contemporâneo Aplicado do UniBrasil. Foi advogado atuante nas áreas de Direito Público (Administrativo, Tributário e Constitucional). Atualmente é Analista Judiciário do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná (TJPR), atuando como assessor de magistrados (Juízes e Desembargador), especialmente em matérias da Fazenda Pública e cíveis. Presidente da Associação dos Auxiliares da Justiça de Nível Superior do Paraná (ANJUD). Membro da Associação Ibero-Americana de Direito e Inteligência Artificial (AID-IA). Membro do Núcleo de Pesquisa em Direito Constitucional - Jurisdição e Democracia do PPGD do Centro Universitário Autônomo do Brasil - UniBrasil/PR. Foi bolsista CAPES no Doutorado do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito do UniBrasil, tendo atuado na assessoria do corpo editorial da Revista Direitos Fundamentais Democracia (Qualis A1) e da Coordenação do PPGD.
