Advogada com mais de 20 anos de experiência em regulação de telecomunicações e novas tecnologias. Ampla atuação em mercados regulados e política econômica internacional, elabora estudos setoriais, position papers, análise de risco regulatório, promove modelagem de novos negócios e realiza assessoria jurídica-regulatória e tributária. Com perfil consultivo e institucional, exerce a presidência do Conselho Consultivo da Anatel com término de mandato em 2023. Formada em Economia pela FEA ? USP, bacharel em Direito e com especialização em Direito empresarial, ambos pela Universidade de São Paulo ? USP, também acumula o título de especialista em Direito Digital pelo Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society - Harvard University - Cambridge, USA e Mestrado em Relações Internacionais pelo Programa San Tiago Dantas ? Universidade Estadual de Campinas ? UNICAMP. Sua atuação institucional inclui a participação na UIT através do UIT-D Study Group 1 - "Enabling environment for the development of telecommunications/ICTs? e presença na Plenipotenciária 2022, bem como na coleta de informações conduzida pela OCDE no Peer Review de Telecomunicações e broadcasting no Brasil (2019/2020) e junto a UNESCO para a elaboração de guia de regulação de plataformas digitais (2023). Cristiane é líder do Conselho de Administração da ABRINT e do Conselho Consultivo do LAC-ISP.

Lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications regulation and new technologies. Extensive performance in regulated markets and international economic policy, prepares setorial studies, position papers, regulatory risk analysis, promotes new business modeling and conducts legal and tax advice. With an advisory and institutional profile, he holds the presidency of the Advisory Board of Anatel with the end of his term in 2023. Graduated in Economics from FEA - USP, bachelor of law and with specialization in business law, both from the University of São Paulo - USP, also accumulates the title of specialist in Digital Law by Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society - Harvard University - Cambridge, USA and Master in International Relations by the Program San Tiago Dantas - State University of Campinas - UNICAMP. His institutional practice includes participation in the ITU through the ITU-D Study Group 1 - "Enabling environment for the development of telecommunications/ICTs" and presence in Plenipotentiary 2022, as well as in the collection of information conducted by the OECD in the Telecommunications and Broadcasting Review in Brazil (2019/2020) and also with UNESCO, regardng the draft of the Gudance for digitral plataformas regulation (2023). Cristiane is a member of the Board of Directors of ABRINT and the Advisory Board of LAC-ISP.
