Doutorando em Direito Político e Econômico pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, com bolsa de mérito, onde é membro do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Governança Corporativa, Compliance e Proteção de Dados. Mestre e bacharel em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU). Professor-tutor da pós-graduação lato sensu em Direito Civil da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Professor do Curso de Graduação em Direito do Centro Universitário do Triângulo (UNITRI). Professor Substituto da Faculdade de Direito da UFU. Pesquisador do Grupo de Pesquisa em Direito da Saúde e Empresas Médicas (UNICURITIBA) e da Comunidade Internacional de Estudos em Direito Digital (UFU). Julgador da 4 Turma do Tribunal de Ética e Disciplina da OAB/MG.
