Turla Angela Alquete de Arreguy Baptista

PhD in Design from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2019), Master in Design from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2014), Graduated in Industrial Design - Qualification in Prog. Visual (2005) from the Federal University of Pernambuco and Specialist in MBA in Marketing from the University of Pernambuco (2009). Currently, she serves as the General Director and professor of the Higher Education Course in Graphic Design and the Technical Course in Multimedia at the Federal Institute of Education and Technology of Paraíba - IFPB - Cabedelo Campus. She is a member of the Research Group in Activity-Centered Design. She was the Director of Educational Development at IFPB Campus Cabedelo (2014-2022), a professor in the Interior Design Course at Faculdade Boa Viagem - FBV (2011-2012), a professor in the Technical Course in Visual Communication at the State Technical School Professor Agamemnon Magalhães - ETEPAM (2010-2013), and also an executive producer at Quadro a Quadro Estúdio (2005-2013). She has been involved in Educational Management since 2014 and has experience in the areas of Graphic Design, with a focus on the following topics: Editorial Design, Activity Systems, Interaction Design, and Interface Design.

É Doutora em Design pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2019), Mestre em Design pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2014), Graduada em Desenho Industrial - Habilitação em Prog. Visual (2005) pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco e é Especialista com MBA em Marketing pela Universidade de Pernambuco (2009). Atualmente é Diretora Geral e professora do Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Design Gráfico e do Curso Técnico em Multimídia no Instituto Federal de Educação e Tecnologia da Paraíba - IFPB - Campus Cabedelo. É membro do Grupo de Pesquisa em Design Centrado na Atividade. Foi Diretora de Desenvolvimento do Ensino do IFPB Campus Cabedelo (2014-2022), professora do Curso de Design de Interiores da Faculdade Boa Viagem - FBV (2011-2012), professora do Curso Técnico em Comunicação Visual da Escola Técnica Estadual Professor Agamemnon Magalhães - ETEPAM (2010-2013) e também produtora executiva da Quadro a Quadro Estúdio (2005-2013). Atua na Gestão Escolar desde 2014 e tem experiência nas áreas de Design Gráfico, com foco nos seguintes temas: Design Editorial, Sistemas de Atividade, Design de Interação e Design de Interface.
