Tainá Garcia Maia

Pesquisadora na Universidade de Münster. PhD fellow em Direito (Universidade de Münster, em cotutela com a UFMG, em andamento), Mestre em Teoria e Prática de Direitos Humanos (Universidade de Oslo, 2019) e bacharel em Direito, com formação complementar em História (UFMG, 2015). Visitante profissional na Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (2018) e temporary adviser na Missão Permanente do Brasil na ONU, em Nova Iorque (2015).

Researcher at the University of Münster. PhD fellow in Law (University of Münster and Federal University of Minas Gerais, in progress), Master of Philosophy in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights (University of Oslo, 2019) and Bachelor of Laws, with a Minor in History (Federal University of Minas Gerais, 2015). Visiting professional at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (2018) and special adviser at the Permanent Mission of Brazil at the United Nations (2015).
