PHELIPE AUGUSTO BORBA MARTINS PERES

Biologist from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), master's degree in Veterinary Sciences in the line of research Animal Health and area of concentration Etiological Research at the Laboratory of Molecular Epidemiology (LEPIMOL) and the Laboratory of Applied Animal Biotechnology (LABIO). He has experience in the field of microbiology, with an emphasis on Public Health and mainly with bacterial genotyping techniques (PFGE). Experience with molecular techniques for pathogen identification, for the production of commercial / autogenous vaccines. He works mainly in the topics: Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Epidemiology, Public Health, Campylobacter spp. Salmonella spp., Biofilms.

Biólogo pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), mestre em Ciências Veterinárias na linha de pesquisa Saúde Animal/Investigação Etiológica. Doutorando em Genética e Bioquímica na linha de pesquisa desenvolvimento de sensores biológicos, no Laboratório de Nanobiotecnologia (NANOS). Possui experiência na área de microbiologia, com ênfase em Saúde Pública e principalmente com técnicas de genotipagem bacteriana (PFGE). Experiência com técnicas moleculares para identificação de patógenos, para a produção de vacinas comerciais/autógenas. Atua principalmente nos temas: Microbiologia, Genética, Biologia Molecular, Epidemiologia, Saúde Pública, Campylobacter spp., Salmonella spp., Biofilmes.
