Estanislau Baptista Lima

Estanislau Baptista Lima male born on 17th December 1982, in Santo Antao, Cabo Verde. He received his Postdoctoral certificate at the University of Pernambuco, Brazil, in August 2019. Where He develop research and teaching duties. He is currently a member as a researcher at the University of Pernambuco. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Computer Application Technology from Ocean University of China, in June 2018. He have been conferred a Doctor Degree in Engineering. He received his MSc Degree in Software Engineering from Chongqing University, China in 2012. He received his BSc Degree in Computer Science from the State University of Paraiba, Brazil in 2010.These last 6 years were devoted to laboratory experiments for his research, as evidence, he have published in top journal and conference as the first author. He is a co-author of many other papers in his lab and He is a co-author of one book chapter in my lab as well. He is a reviewer for journals IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters, and Pattern Recognition Letters. His current research interests include Computer Vision, Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, on the following subjects: pattern recognition,object recognition/detection, Scene text recognition,image processing, gesture recognition, handwriting recognition, recommendation systems, information filtering and personalization.

graduation at Ciências da Computação from Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (2010), master's at Software Engineering from CHONGQING UNIVERSITY (2012) and doctorate at Computer Application Technology from Ocean University of China (2018). Has experience in Computer Science, focusing on Computer Science, acting on the following subjects: cnns, fine-tuning, deep learning, ocean front recognition and convolution.
