Jean Helder Marques Ribeiro

Ph.D in Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles (2023). Previously, obtained a MSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2017) and a BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2014). Jean works at the intersection of fluid dynamics and flow control. Specialized in computational fluid dynamics, reduced-order modelling, modal analysis of fluid flows, and physics-inspired flow control. Jean received the Outstanding Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering Award and the Engineering Achievement Awards in Student Welfare by the University of California, Los Angeles in 2023.
