Crisley Aparecida Morete
Master student in the Graduate Program in Animal Science at the Catholic University of Paraná in 2013, with emphasis in the area of Food Technology of Animal Origin. Veterinary Medical graduated from the Catholic University of Paraná (2008-2012). Internship conducted at Copacol Cooperativa Agroindustrial Consolata, supervised by the veterinarian Moises Grespan. Araucaria Foundation scholarship student for 2 years with projects of Undergraduate Research entitled: "Quality of mozzarella cheese made from buffalo milk with different somatic cell counts and evaluation of its stability" (2011) and "Analysis of production cost buffalo milk in agroecological base "(2012), all directed by Prof. Dr. Laura Beatriz Karam Lima.
Médica veterinária pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (2012) e mestre em Ciência Animal, com ênfase em tecnologia de alimentos de origem animal pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (2015). Atualmente é analista de laboratório - BRF - Brasil Foods.
