Carlos Cesar Bof Bufon

Graduado em Física pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Mestre em Física Aplicada pela Universidade de São Paulo em São Carlos e doutor em Física pela Universidade de Düsseldorf na Alemanha. Possui especialização na área de Gestão Estratégica de Inovação Tecnológica pela Unicamp. Foi líder do grupo de pesquisa em componentes eletrônicos do "Institut fuer Integrative Nanowissenschaften" do" Leibniz-Institut fuer Festkoerper und Werkstoffforschung Dresden", Alemanha. Foi pesquisador no Departamento de Engenharia Elétrica da Universidade de Chemnitz na Alemanha. Foi pesquisador e chefe da Divisão de Dispositivos no Laboratório Nacional de Nanotecnologia (LNNano/CNPEM) em Campinas, São Paulo. É professor orientador nos Departamentos de Físico-Química da Universidade Estadual de Campinas e do programa de Pós-graduação em Ciência e Tecnologia de Materiais (POSMAT) da UNESP. Consultor na área de inovação tecnologia e gestão de projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento. Coordenador Geral das Redes SibratecNano de Inovacão em Nanotecnologia do Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia, Inovações (MCTI). Foi membro do Conselho de Curadores do Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie e do Conselho Deliberativo do Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie. Membro do Comitê Consultivo de Nanotecnologia e Novos Materiais (CCNANOMAT) do Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia, Inovações (MCTI). Atualmente é Diretor de Ensino, Pesquisa e Inovação do Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie e Diretor Geral do Mackgraphe, Instituto de Pesquisa em Grafeno e Nanotecnologia.

Undergraduate in Physics from the Federal University of Viçosa, Master in Applied Physics from the University of São Paulo in São Carlos, and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Düsseldorf in Germany. He was the electronic components research group leader at the "Institut fuer Integrative Nanowissenschaften" at "Leibniz-Institut fuer Festkoerper und Werkstoffforschung Dresden," Germany, and researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Chemnitz. In Brazil, he was head of the Devices Division at the National Nanotechnology Laboratory (LNNano / CNPEM) in Campinas, São Paulo. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute and the Deliberative Council of the Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute. Currently, he is visiting professor/supervisor in the graduate program of the Physics-Chemistry Departments of the State University of Campinas and the Postgraduate program in Materials Science and Technology (POSMAT) at UNESP. General Coordinator of SibratecNano - Network for Innovation in Nanotechnology and Member of the Nanotechnology and New Materials Advisory Committee (CCNANOMAT) of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovations (MCTI).
