Simone Maciel Saqueto Pereto

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (1999) and a Master's Degree in Constitutional System of Guarantee of Rights - Toledo Education Institution (2007). Currently, she is the general coordinator of legislation and standards of the Ministry of Economy's Secretariat of Labor, Federal Prosecutor - General Attorney of the Union and head of the division - General Attorney of the Union. He has experience, in addition to the legal area, in the Management area with an emphasis on Strategic Planning and Risk Management, acting mainly on the following themes: fundamental rights, labor rights, strategic planning, governance and Risk Management.

Possui graduação em Bacharel em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (1999) e mestrado em Sistema Constitucional de Garantia de Direitos - Instituição Toledo de Ensino (2007). Atualmente é coordenadora-geral de legislação e normas da Secretaria de Trabalho do Ministério da Economia, Procuradora federal - Advocacia Geral da União e chefe da divisão - Advocacia Geral da União. Tem experiência, além da área jurídica, na área de Gestão com ênfase em Planejamento Estratégico e Gestão de Risco, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: direitos fundamentais, do trabalho, planejamento estratégico, governança e Gestão de Risco.
