Izabel Patrícia Meister

Doutora em Educação, Arte e História da Cultura pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, São Paulo (2012) com estágio doutoral na The Open University, Inglaterra (2011/2012). Mestre em em Educação, Arte e História da Cultura pela mesma universidade (2008). Tem graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (1991), Especialização em Comunicação Teoria e Prática do Audiovisual pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (1998) e graduação em Tecnologia e Gestão da Editoração - Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (2004), São Paulo. Professora da Universidade Federal de São Paulo/Unifesp desde 2014, atuando no Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Design Educacional desde 2017; vice coordenadora do Observatório Institucional da Reitoria desde 2019, coordenadora adjunta projeto LEDE - Laboratório Experimental de Design desde 2021. Foi diretora do Departamento de Desenvolvimento Institucional da Pró Reitoria de Planejamento de agosto de 2018 à junho de 2021. Também foi co gestora do Escritório de Dados Estratégicos da Unifesp entre novembro de 2019 e julho de 2021; assim como, Pesquisadora Institucional (atual Recenseador Institucional ) entre novembro de 2019 e janeiro de 2021. Anteriormente, entre julho de 2017 e agosto de 2018, foi diretora do Departamento de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas da Pró Reitoria de Gestão com Pessoas; coordenadora do Núcleo da Universidade Aberta do Brasil/UAB na Unifesp entre 2015 e 2018. Foi coordenadora pedagógica em EaD do curso de Especialização em Apoio a Saúde da Família, modalidade a distância, da UNA-SUS/ Unifesp (2015). Foi Coordenadora temática pedagógica de Teleducação do projeto Telessaude Brasil Redes Unifesp entre 2016 e 2017.Participa da comunidade internacional de pesquisa CoLearn The Open University Inglaterra (OU - UK). É lider do grupo de pesquisa Laboratório Experimental de Design da Unifesp.Desenvolve pesquisas sobre redes, especialmente de conhecimento aberto e em rede, e visualização educacional e social de redes. Pesquisa também sobre o design, com foco em design para sistemas complexos, design social, e arquitetura do habitat em realidades virtuais.

She was director of the Department of Institutional Development of the Pro-Rectory of Planning from August 2018 to June 2021. She was also co-manager of the Office of Strategic Data of Unifesp between November 2019 and July 2021; as well as, Institutional Researcher (current Institutional Census taker ) between November 2019 and January 2021. Previously, between July 2017 and August 2018, she was director of the Department of People Development of the Pro-Rectory of People Management; coordinator of the Centre of the Open University of Brazil/UAB at Unifesp between 2015 and 2018. She was pedagogical coordinator in EaD of the Specialization course in Support for Family Health, distance modality, of UNA-SUS/ Unifesp (2015). She was pedagogical thematic coordinator of Teleducation of the project Telessaude Brasil Redes Unifesp between 2016 and 2017.She participates in the international research community CoLearn - The Open University England (OU - UK). She is leader of the research group LEDE I Experimental Design Laboratory at Unifesp.She develops research on networks, especially open and networked knowledge, and educational and social visualization of networks. He also researches design, with a focus on design for complex systems, social design, and habitat architecture in virtual realities.
