Edson Holanda Lima Barboza

I have a degree in History (Full Degree) from the Federal University of Ceará (2002), a master's degree (2005) and a doctorate (2013) in Social History from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC/SP. I worked as High School Teacher (CLT) at the Seraphic Seminar (2002-2003) and Substitute Teacher in Higher Education, approved in public selections: UVA (2005), UECE (2006) and UFC (2007-2008). I was a full professor at the State University of Piauí - UESPI (2012-2014). I am currently an Adjunct Professor III at the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony-UNILAB, located at the Institute of Humanities and linked to the Courses: Bachelor of Humanities, History and Interdisciplinary Master of Humanities, in operation in the cities of Redenção and Acarape (Ceará) . I lead the Research Group: "Work, Culture and Migrations in Ceará" (UNILAB/CNPq) and I am Researcher of the Research Group: Drought, Culture and Social Movements (UFC/CNPq); I have experience in the areas of: History of Brazil, History of Ceará, History Teaching, Abolitionism, Work, Migration and Cultural Identities, with publications in electronic journals (Brazilian Journal of History - Qualis A1/History and Education, A2 Interdisciplinary; Project History - Qualis A2 Education, B1 History and Interdisciplinary; History Today: Journal of History and Teaching - Qualis B2 Education, History and Interdisciplinary; among others); in addition to having participated in the Team of Authors of the discipline of History in the Project "First, Learning" (Didactic Material for the 1st year of High School, SEDUC/CE, 2009). Possuo graduação em História (Licenciatura Plena) pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2002), mestrado(2005) e doutorado(2013) em História Social pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP. Atuei como Professor do Ensino Médio(CLT) no Seminário Seráfico (2002-2003) e Professor Substituto no Ensino Superior, aprovado em seleções públicas: UVA (2005), UECE (2006) e UFC (2007-2008). Fui Professor efetivo na Universidade Estadual do Piauí - UESPI(2012-2014). Atualmente sou Professor Adjunto III na Universidade da Integração Internacional da Lusofonia Afro-Brasileira-UNILAB, lotado no Instituto de Humanidades e vinculado aos Cursos: Bacharelado em Humanidades, História e Mestrado Interdisciplinar em Humanidades, em funcionamento nas cidades de Redenção e Acarape (Ceará). Lidero o Grupo de Pesquisa: "Trabalho, Cultura e Migrações no Ceará" (UNILAB/CNPq) e sou Pesquisador do Grupo de Pesquisa: Seca, Cultura e Movimentos Sociais (UFC/CNPq); Tenho experiência nas áreas de: História do Brasil, História do Ceará, Ensino de História, Abolicionismo, Trabalho, Migrações e Identidades Culturais, com publicações em periódicos eletrônicos (Revista Brasileira de História - Qualis A1/História e Educação, A2 Interdisciplinar; Projeto História - Qualis A2 Educação, B1 História e Interdisciplinar; História Hoje: Revista de História e Ensino - Qualis B2 Educação, História e Interdisciplinar; entre outros); além de ter participado da Equipe de Autores da disciplina de História no Projeto "Primeiro, Aprender" (Material Didático para o 1º ano do Ensino Médio, SEDUC/CE, 2009).
