Rodrigo Casquero Cunha

Adjunct Professor at the Veterinary Faculty of the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPEL). Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from UFPEL (2008), Master (2010) and Doctorate (2013) in Animal Science from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). He did a sandwich doctorate at The University of Queensland (UQ), Australia (2012-2013). Was postdoctoral fellow with FUNDAPAM-Embrapa (2020), PDJ (2019-2020) and PNPD (2013-2018) in the Biotechnology / UFPEL Postgraduate Program. He has experience in the area of Veterinary Medicine, with an emphasis on Preventive Veterinary Medicine, working mainly on the following themes: recombinant proteins, vaccines, diagnostic methods, Pichia pastoris, parasitology, immunology, molecular biology and biotechnology.

Tem experiência na área de Medicina Veterinária, com ênfase em Medicina Veterinária Preventiva, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: proteínas recombinantes, vacinas, métodos diagnósticos, Pichia pastoris, parasitologia, imunologia, biologia molecular e biotecnologia.
