Thaís Duarte Zappelini

Doutora (2022) e Mestra (2018) em Direito Político e Econômico pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (UPM), na qual estudou como bolsista (ingresso entre as quatro primeiras colocadas no Doutorado e dedicação exclusiva, fundo Mackpesquisa no Mestrado). Bacharel (2016) em Direito pela UPM; estudou na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal). Consultora de Relações Governamentais do Instituto de Estudos Estratégicos de Tecnologia e Ciclo de Numerário (ITCN) e do Centro de Ensino e Pesquisa em Inovação (CEPI FGV DIREITO SP). Segue linha de pesquisa na Filosofia Política, área na qual desenvolveu trabalhos sobre liberalismo jurídico e teoria crítica do Direito.

Currently Government Relations Consultantat the Institute for Strategic Studies in Technology and Cash Cycle (ITCN) and at the Center for Education and Research in Innovation (CEPI FGV DIREITO SP). Follows a line of research in Political Philosophy, an area in which he developed works works on legal liberalism and critical theory of law.
