Maria Luiza Freitas Assumpção

I am graduated in Law, focusing on Civil, Processual, Business (in progress) and International Law. I work as an independent Lawyer in the Family, Civil, Costumer and Corporative Law areas, and also as an Idioms Teacher and a Judicial Conciliator at TJMG. I am a very active person, capable of facing and dealing with great challenges with much determination. I try my best to achieve the balance between new, creative ideas and the security and solidness of common practices. I can affirm myself to be a very lucky person, as I have had the opportunity to know most of the world itself and its very different cultures - knowledge that I keep expanding. After obtaining the opportunity of a new title at University, I chose to take up Psychology and coursed its five first semesters, which are all about children and their emotional and intelectual development, just as their relationship with their parents and society. Recently, I have obtained my License in Liberal Arts Teaching. Not only, together with the LLM,I have also obtained my certification as Legal and Paralegal Mediatiator and Conciliator of Conflicts. I can also say I have had the opportunity to experience academic life abroad, just as intense traveling around the world. I am a sociable and diplomatic person, who is also capable of dealing with more than one goal at time without letting one or other be underestimated.

Tenho formação acadêmica em Direito e especializações nas áreas do Direito Internacional, Processual, Eleitoral e Empresarial (Legal Law Master - LLM). Atuo como advogada autônoma nas áreas do Direito de Família e Sucessões, Civil, Consumerista e Empresarial, assim como Professora de idiomas e Conciliadora voluntária junto ao TJMG. Esforço-me para conseguir, ao máximo, harmonizar a energia de novidades e ideias criativas com a segurança e solidez de práticas habituais. Posso afirmar ser uma pessoa com conhecimento de grande parte do mundo e de suas mais diversas culturas - conhecimento este, em constante expansão. Após obter uma re-opção de título acadêmico, cursei os primeiros cinco períodos em Psicologia, os quais são relativos às crianças e seu desenvolvimento emocional e intelectual, assim como sua relação com os pais e com a sociedade. Mais recentemente, obtive meu diploma de Licenciatura em Letras. A tempo, concomitantemente ao LLM, me habilitei como Mediadora Judicial e Extrajudicial de Conflitos. Outra oportunidade que já tive foi a de passar por experiências acadêmicas fora do Brasil. Sou sociável, conciliadora e capaz de diversificar meus pontos de atenção, sem deixar que apenas um deles seja efetivamente beneficiado.
