Daniel Ribeiro Cardoso

Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), postdoctoral in Urbanism from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon (FA-UL), Ph.D. in Communication and Semiotics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) ). He is currently a researcher at FA-UL Design Computation Group (DCG); He is the coordinator of the Digital Experience Laboratory: Teaching, Research, and Extension (LED-UFC). UFC Level 3 Associate Professor linked to the Perception and Representation Line of the UFC Department of Architecture and Urbanism and Design, has experience in Architecture, Urbanism and Design, with emphasis on information modeling in architecture and urbanism, acting mainly in the themes: BIM - building information modeling, CIM - City Information Modeling.

Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC), pós-doutorado em Urbanismo pela Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade de Lisboa (FA-UL), doutorado em Comunicação e Semiótica pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). Atualmente é pesquisador do Design Computation Group (DCG) da FA-UL; Coordenador do Grupo de pesquisa do CNPq Laboratório de Experiência Digital: Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão (LED). Professor Associado Nível 3 da UFC vinculado à Linha de Percepção e Representação do Departamento de Arquitetura e Urbanismo e Design da UFC, tem experiência na área de Arquitetura, Urbanismo e Design, com ênfase em modelagem da informação na arquitetura e no urbanismo, atuando principalmente nos temas: BIM - building information modelling, CIM - City Information Modelling.
